We hope that your children are well and coping with the heat. 
 
In line with our severe weather process and in partnership with Chartwells, we have assessed the kitchens at both sites. We have determined that the working environment temperatures are too high.  In conjunction with Chartwells, we have agreed to amend the menu during this heatwave to include only the picnic options. This means that there will be no hot meal option available as the ovens will not be in use, so our staff will be more comfortable while working. 
 
This will be in place for the next two days - Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th June.
 
Scopay has been updated, and the meal choices are:
Wednesday 24th - tuna and sweetcorn wrap (M) OR cheese roll picnics (V). 
Thursday 25th - egg sandwich (M) OR Laughing Cow cheese and cucumber pitta (V).
 
What we need you to do:
If you have already ordered, you will need to log on and check and possibly change your child's option. 
If you haven't ordered and want to, you will see the new choices and will be able to order before midnight tonight. 
 
If you have a child with a bespoke special diet menu, the options will be a jacket potato or tomato pasta. Please order 'M' for a jacket potato and 'V' for the tomato pasta. 
 
As always, you can provide your child with a packed lunch from home.
