On 25th April 2026, Spotlight UK will be hosting our first Spotlight UK's Scarlett's Smiles' Awards at the Hurst School in Tadley to celebrate children from across Hampshire and Berkshire.
Nominations are now open and we would love to hear from you and your families.
Please can you share with your staff and families and ask them to nominate children who they feel have excelled or gone above and beyond for others this year.
We are also seeking nominations for Teacher/Support Worker of the year who has gone above and beyond for their students.
People can nominate for more than one category but we ask for them to use one form per nomination.
Nominations will close on 27th March at 3pm.

Creative Award
(Individual or team who excels or has overcome adversity through the arts including dance, drama and music).
Good Neighbour Award
(Young person who has gone above and beyond to be a good neighbour or support their neighbourhood or made a difference in their community).
Top Student Award
(A young person for special achievement in their school work or made a real difference to their peers in school)
Scarletts Bravery Award
(This is a very special award for someone who has demonstrated outstanding bravery)
Sienna”s Sibling Award
(Brother or sister who has provided outstanding support to their sibling)
Young Fundraiser of the Year
(Celebrating a young person who has made a real difference through fundraising for a charity)
Young Sports personality
(Celebrating a Child or team that excels or has overcome adversity through sport)
Young Environmental Ambassador
(Celebrating a Young person who makes a real difference to their environment through environmental projects)
Teacher/support Worker Award
(Nominate the teacher or support worker who has gone above and beyond to support the children they work with)
Young Carer Award
(Celebrate an young carer who goes out of their way to help others)
Friendship Award
(Celebrate a young person or group who make their peers feel safe and cared for)
Inspirational Award
(A young person that inspires others through their personal story)
Family Activity Venue
(Nominate a local activity venue which make the young people who use their venue feel safe, and provides fun family time)
Special Recognition Award
(Celebrate a young person who has gone above and beyond)
