Dear Parents and Friends of Castle Hill School,

Christmas is coming around the corner and whilst we appreciate this is a costly time for all families, we are aware there are families in our community where this is a time of hardship.

We would really like to make up some small hampers for some of these families but to do that, we would really need your help.  If you think you may be able to do this, these are some of the things we would be looking for.

  • box of crackers (the ones that go pop!)
  • boxes or tins of sweets and chocolates
  • festive snacks such as crisps, Twiglets, crackers
  • Christmas puddings, cakes, biscuits and mince pies
  • Stuffing mix, gravy granules and cranberry sauce
  • Longlife desserts and custard
  • something for the grown-ups such as bubble bath, bath bombs etc

While nuts are often on the menu at Christmas, as a nut free zone, we kindly ask you not to bring these in.  We would be able to receive these goodies from this week and we aim to distribute the hampers the week beginning 11th December.

We cannot do what we do without your continued support, and we always greatly appreciate all you do to support our school. We are a real team.

Many Thanks

Mrs Mundee, Mrs Brookes, Mrs Paine -Pastoral Team
