Empathy Week takes place straight after Feb Half Term 22 - 26 February.
As part of the week's Social Media campaign the Hampshire SGO's (Sports Games Organisers) are inviting children to record themselves dancing to 'Count on Me' by Bruno Mars. The theme of the dance should be “Empathy” to tie in with Empathy week.
Dances should be 30 – 40 seconds long and can be done as a solo, duo or group/class dance. They can be any style of dance.
There will be 5 categories KS1, KS2, KS3/4, Group Dance and Most entertaining! The winners Dances from each of the categories will be played on Social Media throughout the week 22 - 26 February!
Entries for the Dance Competition can be emailed to: Madeleine Campbell the Portsmouth SGO at mcampbell@priorysouthsea.org and must be received by 12 February.
