Your child’s annual Nasal Flu Vaccination is NOW DUE.
The vaccine helps protect against flu, which can be a serious or life-threatening illness.

If you decide you do not wish your child to receive the vaccine against flu, please submit the form to record your decision. This will enable us to update your child’s immunisation record.

The vaccination is recommended to protect your child against the flu virus. Flu can be an unpleasant illness and can cause serious complications. Vaccinating your child will also help protect more vulnerable family members and friends by preventing the spread of the flu. 

Your child will not be given this vaccination without your consent.
